Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using the website, our digital products and ordering one, you agree to the following
Licensing Terms & Conditions:
- All Digital Products* developed by WPArcade.com are property of WPArcade.com that grants you non-exclusive and limited license
to use the WordPress Arcade Themes and WordPress Arcade Plugin and any associated documentation and supporting files sold through our website
by WPArcade.com in accordance with the Licensing Terms & Conditions stated bellow.
- You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our digital products, modified or unmodified.
- Digital Products* purchased at WPArcade.com must be installed in only a single domain name. Multiple Installations of the
same digital products* in different domain name(s) are strictly prohibited. Unless you buy separate license for it.
- Digital Products* purchased at WPArcade.com are for the exclusive use for those who purchase the themes, they cannot be
resold to any third party under any circumstances.
- You are not allowed to resell or redistribute our digital products*, modified or unmodified, to another person, nor can
a user place any of our digital products, modified or unmodified, on a website or any other medium for distribution or be included in any service
or other without our permission.
- Our fee per theme represent the cost of each theme, not the WPArcade.com Plugin wich is FREE and it comes as a bonus
with our themes, we do not charge for the plugin.
Support Policy
- WPArcade.com provides support services to customers only. Support includes installation guidance, bugs fixing, and general problem solving
with features explained on the theme's official sales page.
- We only provides support via our Support Forums and Documentations. We will not
provide support via e-mail. We usually answer questions once a day Monday to Friday so you will most likely get an answer
within 24 hours on workdays.
Support does NOT include:
- Solving problems for plugins not packaged with our framework and themes
- Plugins integration
- General WordPress support (Please use the WordPress Forums for that)
- Adding new features or extending the features currently available
- Changing colors and/or images
- Any type of modification or customization
Estimated Response Time
- On week days, we'll respond within 12-24 hours to support topics that need our attention. If there's a problem to solve
or bug to fix. We will do so within 72 hours after our initial response.
- Setup Services will be finished within 12-24 hours; All Setup Services include Feeded Games. If there's a problem to solve
or bug to fix. We will do so within 48 hours after the initial start of the service.
- We understand that there is a fine line between what is considered Support & Modifications. So while we will try help you with any type
of query (support or modification), we can't provide extensive help in terms of modifications. If you are requesting modification help, which
only requires us to publish 3 or 4 lines of code, we will be glad to assist you. If however your query requires more than that amount of code
to be published, we can only provide guidance and you would then need to hire a WordPress
Developer.
Payment and Delivery
- After your payment has been made through E-Junkie.com - PayPal.com and we successfully receive the transaction, you will get an e-mail
with the download link that will allow you to download the theme 3 times with a 24 hours expiration window.
- If you did not received that e-mail please contact us.
We have a 100% Secure Payment with PayPal Verified Account that can be verified by clicking the link bellow.
Refund Policy
- Since WPArcade.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods, all sales are final, we cannot provide refunds, returns or exchanges. No refunds will be given for software that
is delivered via digital download from the our site. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any
difficulty with its download, we will fix the problem.
- Every theme sold on WPArcade.com has a fully functional "live demo" running the latest stable version of WordPress which can be tested at will.
Notices
- Our digital products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person
be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising
out of the use of or inability to use our products.
- WPArcade.com does not warranty or guarantee these digital products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function
with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration themes on the demo server.
Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we can not guarantee that WPArcade.com themes will work with all browser
combinations.

WPArcade.com reserves the right to change or modify current Licensing & Usage with no prior notice.
